American comedian Kevin Pollack is one of Hollywood's finest stand-up comedians. The actor was born October 30, 1957 in San Francisco, California. Artistic abilities opened up in his teenage years and began to develop at a rapid pace. At 24 years old, Kevin Pollack entered the San Francisco Comedy Competition where he finished second and won first place.life prize. Star roles
A noticeable shift in the direction of success for Pollack occurred in 1995. He starred as a dishonest husband in a comedy called Miami Rhapsody, the film had a deafening response. The actor instantly became a star. His next role in the film "The Usual Suspects", the character of an illegitimate child, added to Kevin's popularity. And, finally, the image of the frontman, created by the actor in Martin Scorsese's "Casino", was the final touch in the prosperous image of Pollack.
The Nine Yards and other films
Kevin then convincingly played the President of the United States in The Exhumation, which was released to the public in 1999. The role was by no means a comedy, but Pollak brilliantly coped with the task. In 2000, the actor returned to his usual style and played a rather funny role of the Hungarian gangster Gianni Gogolak in the film "Nine Yards". And four years later, Kevin Pollack, whose films were becoming more and more popular, embodied the image of the father of his former character in the sequel called "Tenyards".
In subsequent years, the actor played minor roles in low-budget films, his comedic role turned into an unstable ship that fell into the stormy waves of American cinema. Kevin Pollak, whose height was only 1.65 meters, found it increasingly difficult to find a use for himself. And, in the end, the film sets of major film projects were closed to him. But since the winds of change are constantly blowing in Hollywood, one can hope that the actor will be able to return to his former demand.
