Igor Kondratyuk is a popular Ukrainian showman, TV presenter and producer. Fame came to the man thanks to the television program "Karaoke on the Maidan", the permanent host of which he has been for 20 years.

Biography of Igor Kondratyuk

Igor Vasilievich was born in March 1962 in the village of. Prigorye, Kherson region. At the age of 17, the young man graduated from the Kalanchak secondary school with a gold medal. As a teenager, he worked as a combine operator.

After graduating from school, Igor Kondratyuk entered the Faculty of Physics of the Kyiv National University, choosing a specialization - solid state optics. In 1984, the young man, after graduating, became a researcher in the Department of Molecular Biophysics.

It is known that while working at the Institute of Molecular Biology, Igor Vasilievich co-wrote more than 100 scientific papers with other scientists. A year later, Igor Kondratyuk (photo of the man isin the article) became a member of the television club “What? Where? When?”.

The beginning of a career in television

Starting from the age of 29, Igor began working on TV. Initially, the man was an editor, a public relations showman and an assistant TV presenter in the TV programs Brain Ring and Love at First Sight on the Ostankino channel. Then Kondratyuk was one of the organizers and TV presenter of the matches "Brain Ring" and "What? Where? When?”, which took place among famous personalities of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus on the UT-1 TV channel.

A year later, for 2 years, Igor Kondratyuk led a TV game called "5 + 1", which was broadcast on the UT-3 TV channel. From 1995 to 1996 he was the host of the TV game "Program Guide for Tomorrow", it was shown on the UT-1 channel. From 1999 to the present day, Kondratyuk has been assigned the role of a non-replaceable TV presenter of the Karaoke on the Maidan program. During the existence of the entertainment program, it was broadcast on the channels "1 + 1", "Inter" and "STB". After some time, the presenter tried himself as the host of the TV program "Karaoke on the Arbat", which was shown on the TVC channel.

Over the next 5 years, Kondratyuk was a TV presenter and editor-in-chief of the Intellectualshow LG "Eureka!", which was broadcast on the channel "Inter". When the program "Karaoke on the Maidan" began to gain popularity, Igor Vasilyevich decided to make it a logical continuation in the form of the TV program "Chance", the producer and co-author of which he was for 5 years (from 2003 to 2008).

Since 2006, the man became the producer of the Star Duet TV show, which was shown on the Inter TV channel, and since 2007, he has been the author and producer of the American Chance program on 1 + 1, which was filmed in the United States of America.

For 8 years, starting from 2009, Igor was a non-replaceable judge of the project "Ukraine's Got Talent". In parallel with participation in the previous project, the man acted as a judge of the X-Factor song project for about 5 years.

Rumors about Igor's affair with a ward

During the judging of the musical project "X-Factor" for a long time there were rumors about the upcoming wedding of Aida Nikolaychuk and Igor Kondratyuk. However, there was no official confirmation of this information (Nikolaichuk won the show in 2013, after which the media started talking about a romantic relationship between Kondratyuk and the girl).

The eldest son of Igor Kondratyuk - Sergey worked as an administrator on the TV show "Dancing for You", now he helps his dad in the TV program "Karaoke on the Maidan". The middle son named Danila is studying abroad, in Poland. Daughter Polina is fond of tennis, dancing and music.
