Filmography
In the movies, as in the comics, he has to use a wheelchair to get around. The idea of the franchise was to show Charles Xavier as the most powerful mutant. The third movie, called X-Men: The Last Stand, shows Jean Gray killing Charles. But after the credits were shown, it was shown that the hero managed to transfer his mind to his twin brother, especially since the brain of the latter had not functioned since birth. Here is the answer to the question: "How did Professor Xavier survive?" In the next episode, Charles appears only at the very end.timing, this part shows that he can do without a wheelchair.
First time in first grade
In the next episode, "X-Men: First Grade", Charles is introduced as a young teacher who has brought together his first mutant students. In this part, the creators explain to the viewer why Professor Xavier is alive, and reveal the secret of why he is chained to a wheelchair - at the very end of the film, a bullet fired from a pistol shattered his spine, and he becomes disabled. But because of this ending, a lot of controversy arose, because in the previous parts of the franchise you could see how Xavier moves with his legs, and the events of these films take place after those shown in First Class. As it becomes clear, the creators deliberately put the story of a rather difficult relationship between Professor X and Magneto into the center of the prequel. The director made the only right decision at the casting stage. The idea of Jewish revenge and the shocking of the two heroes managed to brighten up the absence of the main character of the previous episodes, Hugh Jackman. In this picture, Xavier turns into a real playboy and a minion of fate, his colorful personality sometimes overshadows the rest of the mutant team and even the intrigue with an attempt to unleash a world war. However, the plan of the main antagonist Sebastian Shaw, who seriously intends to destroy human civilization, remains the main plot-forming line.
In old age and youth
Charles Xavier does not take part in the film "Wolverine: Immortal", butappears after the credits of the tape and informs Wolverine that he must save all mutants from death. In the blockbuster X-Men: Days of Future Past, Professor Xavier (actor Patrick Stewart) is presented to the audience in old age and in youth. According to the events of this film, old Charles sends Wolverine into the past so that he does not allow the authorities to develop guardians who will destroy all mutants. In this part, the young super mutant is able to walk because of the medicine he injects himself, but during the action of the drug, the hero loses his extraordinary abilities. In the X-Men: Apocalypse movie, Xavier - Professor X - will be young, and his task will be to assemble a strong team that can stop the first mutant Apocalypse. The monster is a powerful being with limitless powers. Fighting him will not be easy. In Wolverine 3 from the X-Men series, Professor Xavier will be introduced in advanced years. He will help destroy Logan's nemesis.

In an alternate version, Professor Xavier fights his former friend and current enemy Magneto. In Ultimatum, Magneto stabs Charles with a spear, and after that the hero is left paralyzed. After these events, he enters the future, where his spine is completely healed. The events of Ultimatum are closely intertwined with the Agents of Shield universe.
