Former soloist of the legendary group "VIA Gra", a successful singer and songwriter Alena Vinnitskaya began her career when she was only five years old. Then she wrote her first poems. Now the artist is known not only in her native country, Ukraine, but also far beyond its borders. Alena Vinnitskaya, whose biography is now of interest to thousands of fans, tried herself not only as a singer. She has worked as a radio DJ, music news reporter, and trained as an actress. Fortunately, she realized in time what her soul lies most of all - and the world has found another talented artist in her face.

Childhood and family

Alena Vinnitskaya was born on December 27, 1974 in the family of an engineer and a kindergarten teacher. An interesting fact is that the real name of the singer is Olga. They named her so in honor of her grandmother, who looked after her for the first few months from birth, while her mother was in the hospital after a difficult birth. The girl's father - Viktor Ivanovich- I did not like it, because he did not get along well with his mother-in-law. And he came up with another name for his daughter, by which he always called her that. Alena has an older brother Andrei, who has been a real support and protection for her since childhood.

Viktor Ivanovich was diligently engaged in raising his daughter - he taught to draw, sing, play chess. When he noticed that the girl was writing poetry, he was very happy - another talent was discovered! Alena Vinnitskaya first wrote about the war - about her most important childhood fear. Then she was carried away by music, and she began to write songs.

Youth

The first musical idol of the future singer was Viktor Tsoi and the Kino group. Influenced by their work, she wrote her first song called "Winter", which she performed at the prom at school.

In 1992, Alena Vinnitskaya decided to enter the theater institute, but did not pass the exams. One of the girl's acquaintances, a member of the "7" group, invited her to a rehearsal. Alena's happiness knew no bounds, because this is what she dreamed of! Soon the girl became part of the musical group, which was renamed from "7" to "The Last Unicorn". In addition, she played a very important role in it - she was the author of music and words for almost all songs. The guys gave themselves completely to music, all their free time they were in the garage, where they held rehearsals. They turned to the ZhEK with a request to allocate premises for them, performed in hospitals for patients, on the street, in passageways. They wanted to create, but they did not yet know how to promote their creativity.

Road to Glory

A group existed for several years, in which Alena Vinnitskaya sang. The biography of the artist contains information that in 1996 she still managed to enter the theater school.

They went to the entrance audition with their brother, prepared a whole program. Alena sang an aria from the opera "Jesus Christ Superstar", which amazed the selection committee. So Alena Vinnitskaya became a student of the ecological theater at the ecological institute. Alena entered a pop group, but by mistake she was enrolled in a theater group. When she came to the director Svetlyakov Alexander Alexandrovich to correct the misunderstanding, he convinced her to stay in his group, saying that she had no idea what she wanted to give up. And he was right - Alena was fascinated by the profession of an actress, she even became a prima.

Soon, the talented girl realized that she needed to move on, conquer new heights - so she got on radio and television. There she was noticed and invited to the team that changed her whole life.

VIA Gra

In 2000, selection began for a new women's group by Konstantin Meladze called "VIA Gra". Alena hit her first. For several months, she, along with the producer, selected other participants, prepared a repertoire (which also included songs by her authorship).

In September 2000, a stunning trinity appeared on television - the VIA Gra group. Alena was part of the team for three years, after which she decided to start a solo career.

Free swimming

AlenaVinnitskaya decided to leave VIA Gra for a simple reason - she became uninteresting and bored. According to the singer, she felt that she had outgrown the project. In her desire to go free swimming, she was supported by old friends and colleagues - brothers Alexei and Sergey Bolshoi.

The artist's first solo work is the song "Let's forget everything", which immediately took a leading position in Ukrainian and Russian charts. It was followed by "Dawn", "Tormented Heart", "Envelope", "Golden Autumn", "Spring", "It Happened" and many others. Each of the songs became a real hit.

The singer's first two albums were produced by Vitaliy Klimov, who already had successful collaborations with such Ukrainian bands as Tabula Rasa, Okean Elzy. In May 2004, listeners could enjoy the first collection of songs by Alena Vinnitskaya, which was called "Dawn". A year later, the second album, “007”, was released, and in 2007, the singer pleased her fans with a collection of dance music “Electro”.

2008 was no less productive in the artist's career than the previous ones. In December, she releases a new album - “ZaMiKSovano. The best mixes.

In 2010, Alena Vinnitskaya, whose discography already included eight solo albums, summed up the creative work of recent years and told her fans that she plans to surprise them again, this time with a change of image.

In Ukraine, the artist collaborates with Lavina Music, in Russia she is represented by the World of Music.

Alena Vinnitskaya: personal life

Even during the "Last Unicorn" Alena met her future life partner - musician Alexei Bolshoi. Throughout her career, he supported and helped her. To some extent, it was he who pushed Alena to pursue a solo career. Now common-law spouses are members of the same team.
