21st century is the time of nanotechnologies, space exploration and scientific progress. Everything that surrounds us has made an unprecedented leap in its development. After all, even 10 years ago, few people could have imagined that you can watch movies through a mobile phone. Now this surprises no one. The Internet is increasingly replacing ordinary reality. No one is surprised by making money online, buying goods and ordering air tickets online.

In the early 2000s, blogs proliferated on the Internet. Noteworthy here is the fact that the information posted by a person (“Domovoy's Notes”, for example) is available to all users. People visiting such sites study, discuss and share the content.

From blogger to journalists and writers

Recently, blogs have become so popular that the Russian government, for example, proposed to equate them with the media. Painfully important and interesting topics have been touched upon recently at such sites. Moreover, sometimes this or that author exposes his life to serious danger by posting “sharp”information.

However, often bloggers simply amuse the public by posting their comic stories on the World Wide Web, often of not very decent content. One can only say about this that “you can’t throw words out of a song”, and if the author is really talented, then his works attract readers (one of them is “Domovoy’s Notes” - a very funny story). In defense of the most notorious swearers, one can only say that the great Russian poets Barkov, Pushkin and Lermontov sometimes allowed such liberties in their poems. And how do you like the phrase of Faina Ranevskaya: “It is better to be a good person who swears than a quiet well-mannered creature”?

But, as a rule, bloggers do not go down to the "coachman style" at all, and slipping sharp words only add smiles. In addition, we all perfectly understand the difference between obscenity and refined "banter", with the help of which this or that author wants to express his thoughts. Even those users who do not follow such creativity, at least once, rummaging through the Web, found links to the most odious works of this genre: "Masyanya", "Notes of the Shashlik Cat" or "Notes of the Brownie".

Funny around us

And today let's remember the successful "blogger mixer", very popular among the youth. Let's make a reservation right away: it has nothing to do with the book, the author of which is Osip Senkovsky ("Domovoy's Notes"). Yes, the name is consonant, but no more. The creation we are considering consists of almost 30 separate parts, presented in the form of a diarya magical creature that lives in the house of the most ordinary girl.

Each part is conditionally divided into separate days, described by Domov, the main character of this opus. The Brownie has friends and associates in the small dirty tricks that they prepare for their mistress. Moreover, the author tried to display the structure of their relationship with all the insults, quarrels and joys of small creatures.

Probably, it is worth noting that the work "Notes of the Brownie", all parts of which appear spontaneously, like mushrooms after rain, is read easily and quickly. By the time this article is published, there may be significantly more "Notes". We will consider the first 16, which, according to many readers, are the most successful.

Introducing Brownie

So, how do Domovoy's Notes begin? The first part explains the reasons that prompted the little imp to take up the pen. He steals a notebook from the mistress. At the same time, it becomes clear to the reader that he is by no means a young creature, but has been living for at least 150 years. The brownie is frankly bored. His whole existence in the apartment is spent in the struggle for interesting and new experiences.

It becomes clear that he is very clean, does not like, for example, dirty dishes. So that the conditional “hostess” who lives with him is not lazy and does a good housekeeping, without leaving behind mountains of unwashed plates, cups, spoons and other cutlery, Brownie steals her earrings.

In the course of the story, it turns out that Brownie has a friend - the owner's cat. As you know, these animals see anyevil spirits, so both of our heroes are actively having fun. They play together, jump and run. And of course, all this happens at night, when the hostess is trying to sleep. Friends create a lot of noise, but traditionally goes to the cat. After all, people do not believe in brownies. It is clear that the cat is quite offended by both the mistress and the Brownie; after all, two people participate in games, and one has to take the rap. The cat is locked in the pantry, and the Brownie goes to the kitchen and, out of anger, rattles the dishes for a long time. The hostess is desperate.

Moreover, she turns to the priest for help, who walks around the apartment with a censer for a long time, expelling evil spirits. However, this only makes Brownie laugh. He is not afraid of the priests. Unlike the vacuum cleaner that buddies hide from under the bed.

Drive out evil spirits by any means

Domovoy's notes, all parts of which tell about everything that happens to the hostess, and tell about the appearance of her boyfriend. The brownie and the cat met the stranger not very well. The main character even asked a friend about the dirty trick associated with damaging the alien's shoes. The cat refused, but then nevertheless agreed. As a result, he was again punished and very offended by Domovoy, who all this time was only having fun. But the attack did not have the desired effect. The boyfriend still comes to the chosen one and stays for the night.

The brownie decides to deal with this problem himself and tries to strangle the hostess in her sleep. She wakes up in horror and complains to her beloved. The cavalier promises to protect the girl, causing the Brownie to laugh. Expressing his extreme dislike, he attacks the man as well. This is partly why the hostess once againtakes measures to combat evil spirits. This time she turned to psychics. Experts come to the conclusion that the spirit of the late grandfather settled in the apartment, which causes another laughter from Domovoy.

Seeing that the visit of psychics did not lead to anything, the hostess decides to make friends with Domov. To do this, she puts a saucer of milk under the stove for him, thinking that he is sleeping there. Finally, there is reconciliation with the cat. For several nights, friends hide in the closet. The owner is confused and is looking for a pet, believing that he ran away.

Moving and fiance

Exhausted and saddened girl decides to sell a failed apartment. Domovoy hopes that this will not happen. But soon new people move in and he gets bored. Most of all he misses the cat. They are trying to communicate via pigeon mail. Unable to endure boredom and separation any longer, Brownie contacts his colleague from the new master's apartment. He agrees to the exchange. Soon the friends are reunited. It is interesting that the cat at first tried not to show much joy, but then said that he was also bored. The life of the couple went back to normal.

Meanwhile, the hostess has another fiancé. Brownie plans new dirty tricks. While the alien is sleeping, he tries to choke him. The new gentleman does not react to suffocation and minor troubles, he persistently looks after the girl. Domovoy’s notes (part 9 tells us that the “boyfriend” married the mistress) continue with a short note that otherworldly forces also have allergies. On roses, for example, whichbrings a gentleman into the house. One day, in despair, Brownie steals the groom's car keys, and he stays for the night. The cat mockingly comments on this case, claiming that his friend does not know how to think strategically.

But business is time, fun is an hour. You have to play hide and seek with the cat. And here he is in real hiding. Now Brownie is preoccupied with the search. He is very surprised to find a cat in the washing machine, and even admits a bit of the joker's fantasy.

Zinaida Zakharovna

After Brownie accidentally gave the right key to the invited plumber, the hostess again remembered religion. The priest came again and waved the censer for a long time, walking around the apartment, which greatly amused the "evil spirits". The hostess began to sleep exclusively with the lights on, which the Brownie periodically turned off.

Somehow imperceptibly the cat's birthday came. Friends celebrated this significant date very nicely: they rode curtains, scattered dishes, drank valerian and behaved in every possible way.

Life went on as usual, and soon the cat and Brownie learned that they would have guests. The fact is that the hostess has been waiting for her mother Zinaida Zakharovna for a very long time. The brownie met her with “bread and s alt”: he immediately poured bread crumbs into the bed and s alted the tea. On top of that, an already forgotten boyfriend came, probably to get acquainted with the future mother-in-law. Even the cat could not stand it and nevertheless did it in his boot. For which he was punished in turn by both mother and daughter.

In the evening, while playing with a champagne cork, friends do notnoticed Zinaida Zakharovna, and she, having stepped on the cork, hit her head hard on the cabinet. From that moment on, the pranksters decided to call her exclusively Zinedine Zidane. Domovoy's notes (part 20 tells us about the imminent marriage of Zinaida Zakharovna) continue with a retelling of the “war” that had begun with the mistress's mother. Zidane told her daughter that a saucer of milk for a brownie is prejudice; and it disappeared. The brownie took this as a declaration of war. That very night he tried to choke Zinadin, but she only snored more. Despite all the tricks, the mother of the hostess still did not leave.

The cat decided to stop eating "Kitekat" out of deep longing. However, it only lasted a couple of days. Finally, Zinaida Zakharovna began to get ready for home. The cat nevertheless fulfilled the Domovoy's secret message and shat in her galosh, but Zidane did not notice anything; so she left. The bowl of milk returned to its place, life gradually began to return to normal.

Dog in the house

Domovoy's notes (part 5) continue with the fact that the owner wants to get a dog. This unexpected news leads the cat into wild confusion. For days on end, he was lost in the pantry, practicing to close it from the inside. Brownie, for a laugh, in every possible way kindles the fear hidden by the cat.

And now the day X has come. They brought a dog. The dog turned out to be from the “pocket” breed. The cat, still in the pantry, asks Domovoy what kind of animal it is. Out of spite, a friend says that they brought a wolfhound. The cat, citing urgent business, spent the night in the pantry. But you can’t hide an awl in a sack, and the sufferer, carefully crawling out of the shelter, stumbled upondog.

Who was more frightened - it is not clear. But under the cries of the Brownie, the cat drove the animal throughout the apartment. A little later, after thinking a little, they nevertheless decided to conclude a truce. The dog's name turns out to be the Hulk.

The cat, relying on a clear physical superiority, took patronage over the Hulk. He started the army order and makes him call himself nothing more than "comrade old-timer." The Hulk doesn't mind. In addition, all three of them agreed on a serious hostility to the boyfriend of the hostess. The dog even somehow bit the groom's legs, for which he received a significant kick. But the Hulk did not calm down on this: at night he gnawed through the laces of the gentleman; For some reason, the cat was punished.

Go outside

It's time for the holidays, and the hostess left, taking the Hulk with her and leaving the cat in the care of a neighbor. Domovoy's notes, part 6 of which begins with a description of the first trip of friends to the street, talk about how friends hosted the apartment.

The brownie is frankly bored due to the lack of constant bullying in the face of the hostess and boyfriend. After thinking, he decides to offer the cat a little trip in the form of a walk to a nearby yard. He resists for a long time and comes up with all sorts of excuses, but then curiosity wins, and he agrees.

Out on the street, both the cat and Brownie are amazed at how big the world is. How much you can see, getting out of the cramped little room of the hostess! But this world turned out to be somewhat hostile. The yard cats stuck to them, and only by a lucky chance did the friends manage to avoidbashing. After spending the night on the pipes of the heating main, they return home.

Soon we should expect the arrival of the hostess. The brownie decides to meet her with scattered things, because they will still think about the cat. Upon the return of the girl, it turns out that she will soon marry a boyfriend. It's very unnerving for all three of them. A headquarters is being created to counter the “hahal”.

Matchmaking, New Year and wedding

The groom himself does not risk proposing, knowing that this could end badly. This assumption is expressed in the continuation of the stories "Notes of the Brownie". Part 7 begins with the visit of the matchmakers. But the resistance movement was ready. The brownie sat at the table next to the hostess and imitated various obscene sounds of indigestion. The guests did not hesitate. Then the cat decided to go for broke and scratched their legs. For which, as usual, he was punished. Only the dog Hulk thoughtfully said that it makes no sense to resist external circumstances if they are stronger than you.

It looked like there was going to be a wedding. The hostess was preparing for her with might and main, and the trinity was waiting for the inevitable arrival of Zinadine Zidane. The bride brought her wedding dress. All three of them liked it very much, and the cat even cried with emotion and locked himself in his pantry for a long time.

New Year's turmoil swept everyone. Not only people, but also the heroic trinity were preparing for the holiday. And here is the New Year! The groom came, Brownie shook the bottle of champagne he had brought, and the cork from him hit the "boyfriend" right in the forehead. Considering this a good omen, the mischievous trio went into all serious trouble,accompanying the meeting of the New Year. This is exactly what Domovoy's notes (part 8) tell in detail. After a couple of days, everyone just as cheerfully celebrated Christmas with the arrival of Zinaida Zakharovna, and then the old New Year.

But January is a long month. Therefore, the hostess also managed to get married. It didn’t work out in any way, and Brownie decided to at least have fun - he put on a bowler hat and went to the restaurant where the wedding was held. The most noteworthy event was the news of the move to a country house, which the groom built for his family.

Goblin

Domovoy's notes (part 11) continue with stories about the whole family moving to a new house and getting to know him. Each inhabitant found both a place and an occupation. So, the intellectual Hulk spends time in front of the fireplace, thinking about everything in the world, the cat settles in the house and catches flies, and Brownie cleans up and "builds" the owners.

Closer to spring Brownie receives news with pigeon mail. The letter is anonymous, but it contains an invitation to the "strelka" with the locals. Taking a cat to guard, Brownie goes into the forest. This significant meeting is devoted to a whole chapter in the cycle "Domovoy's Notes". Part 12 offers us new heroes - Leshy and his subordinate beasts. Both representatives of evil spirits agree to be friends and not interfere with each other.

On St. Valentine's Day, Domovoy's notes (part 13) touchingly describe a greeting card signed by the cat: "Beloved evil spirits from the animal world." In the meantime, everyone is waiting for spring. The cat learned a couple from Domovoisongs and rejoices in the arrival of March 1.

Spring fun

The work "Notes of the Brownie", all parts of which are very entertaining, are tied to the calendar. Therefore, they are especially interesting to read. So, for the May holidays, the host family arranges a picnic, and Domovoy in his diary proposes to rename this holiday to Shashlik Savior. The way the townspeople relax in nature causes laughter in real life, but from the point of view of "non-humans" - it's just hilarious!

But the following stories tell us about life outside the city and the possible wedding of Zinaida Zakharovna and forester Kuzmich. Domovoy's notes (part 20 and several subsequent ones) tell about the new adventures of restless pranksters.
