From the very moment of its formation, in 1996, the musical group "White Eagle" was surrounded by an aura of mystery and secrecy. Unknown participants, who knows where they came from. Powerful, well-planned advertising campaign. The scope and quality of shooting - after all, the clips of the White Eagle group already stood out noticeably from the background of others. Behind all this was a businessman and owner of the popular advertising company "Premier SV" named Vladimir Zhechkov.

It was his voice that we heard in the first White Eagle albums. And then Vladimir became the producer of the group. But at first, when he first decided to try his hand at the vocal path, the group was almost virtual. No one saw her, but her popularity nevertheless continued to grow. And then Zhechkov began to think about how to recruit a tour of musicians. A classical band was planned: with a keyboard player, drummer, bass player and, of course, backing vocals. Mikhail was the first soloistFaybushevich - he is also known by many as the author of most of the songs of the people's artist Sofia Rotaru. However, there was a clear dissonance between Mikhail's appearance and the songs he performed. Therefore, there was no need to talk about the success of the group's live performances.

Leonid Lyutvinsky replaced Faibushevich as the lead singer of the White Eagle in the year 2000 and was much more liked by the audience. In 2006, Alexander Yagya became the vocalist, but four years later the lead singer of the White Eagle group changed again: Andrey Khramov became him.

There was also a whole story with the name of the group. The producer was eager to create such a team so that it would immediately become clear to the audience: the guys are serious, but not without self-irony and can laugh at themselves. These two incarnations - pathos and he althy humor - are combined in the name "White Eagle". Just at that time, the Premier SV group was presenting a commercial for vodka under the brand of the same name. Its creator was Yuri Grymov. Some still remember his famous “And I am a white eagle!” and "drunken ballerina".

In those years, the audience was fed up with products, to put it mildly, of mediocre quality. So, we can say that the "White Eagle" appeared just in time. The group instantly attracted the attention of journalists, critics, and ordinary people. Prizes, prestigious and not very prestigious, fell on the guys like from a cornucopia: "Ovation - 98", "Golden Gramophone", "Quality Mark" and even "Silver Galosh" - the distinction for the most scandalous video clip. In 1998, the group managed to do the impossible -collect all the big and meaningful prizes. By the way, since then this record has not been beaten by any musical group. And there are no less famous differences to speak of.

This and next years are the peak of the celebrity of the "White Eagle". Then as many as seven music videos were shot (the guys have 22 of them in total). Music for the group at different times was written by A. Dobronravov, I. Matvienko, O. Gazmanov and other composers. And the authors of the texts were L. Rubalskaya, M. Andreev, M. Tanich, M. Zvezdinsky.

Why was the White Eagle group so popular? Perhaps because of the exceptionally "live" sound of vocalists and musicians. Or Lyutvinsky's professional acting skills. Or maybe it was the originality and “otherness” of stage productions with exclusive special effects that turned into real shows. Be that as it may, the guys took off on a wave of fame and remain the favorites of the audience to this day. Their concerts were held on four continents, in more than fifty countries and 500 different cities.
