Stanley Tucci is an American actor, director, screenwriter and producer. Three-time Emmy Award winner and Oscar nominee. He is best known for the films The Devil Wears Prada, Julia & Julia: Cooking Happiness with a Recipe, The Lovely Bones, and the Hunger Games franchise. In total, he took part in more than one hundred and twenty projects during his career.
Childhood and youth
Stanley Tucci was born on November 11, 1960 in Peekskill, New York. Both actor parents are of Italian descent. As a child, he lived with the Stanley family for about a year in Florence, Italy.
In high school, Tucci was active in sports, was a member of the football and baseball teams, but was primarily fond of theater. During his school years, he met Campbell Scott, the son of Oscar-winning actor George Q. Scott. Subsequently, they will film the comedy "Big Night" together.
