He made his debut as a director and screenwriter in 1992. Then Albert released his first short film called "Desirable", which tells about the distant year 2050. The film brought fame to Albert. In 1995, he appeared as a supporting actor in A Very Humble Hero directed by Jacques Audiard. For this role, Albert Dupontel was nominated for a Cesar Award. The following year, he again became the director of the film "Bernie", which received a nomination for "Best Debut". This film has well revealed the identity of Dupontel.
Filmography
Following this, the actor starred in the film "Serial Lover", and already in 1998 he appeared as the creator of his second feature film "The Creator", the theme of which was the position of the artist in society. The following year, he gets one of the main roles in the film "Zacks' Disease".
