Alexander Zbruev is familiar to every viewer of our vast country. His roles delight us so far. But still, many tend to consider his best work as the role of Ganja in "Big Break". Zbruev is open to new projects and protects his personal life with unshakable firmness. A brief biography of the actor is presented in this article.
Childhood and youth
Alexander Viktorovich is a native Muscovite. He was born here in March 1938. His mother, Tatyana Fedorova, came from a noble family, which was known even under Peter the Great. The actor never saw his father Viktor Alekseevich. Even before the birth of Alexander, the elder Zbruev, who was the head of one of the departments of the People's Commissariat for Communications, was arrested and shot six months later on charges of participating in a counter-revolutionary organization.
When Alexander was only one and a half months old, he and his mother were sent from Moscow to Rybinsk, where they lived for five years. They managed to return to the apartment on the Arbat only at the height of the Great Patriotic War (in 1943). By that timefive-room housing has turned into a communal apartment.
Alexander has an older brother Eugene (from his mother's first marriage). He lived in the same apartment all this time.
Tatyana Alexandrovna, who once received an acting education, worked at the film factory named after. Tchaikovsky and had a circle of interesting acquaintances. One of them played an important role in Zbruev's life. After graduating from school, where he did not study very diligently, Alexander was at a crossroads. He was seriously involved in sports (boxing, gymnastics), but humanitarian inclinations manifested themselves quite clearly. No wonder his peers gave him the nickname Intelligent.
On the advice of Nadezhda Vakhtangov, mother's friend, Alexander Zbruev enters the theater school for a course to V. Etush. This takes place in 1958. Immediately after graduation in 1961, he was taken to the Theater. Lenin Komsomol, where Alexander Viktorovich is successfully working to this day.
Film career
Some time after graduating from college, there was a debut in the movie. It was the film "My little brother", where the actor Alexander Zbruev starred with such great artists as Andrei Mironov and Oleg Dal.
In total, there are sixty films in the actor's filmography. The most striking images were created by Zbruev in the films "Big Break", "Romance of Lovers", "Everything will be fine!", "Inner circle". The role in the 1995 film "Poor Sasha" turned out to be very charismatic. In the detective comedy, the actor played a former engineer and an unfortunatethief Vovu Berezkina.
For his role in the film "You are my only one" received the main prize of "Kinotavr" in 1993
During his long career, Alexander Zbruev changed many roles. Initially, these were exclusively positive characters, but since the 1980s, the range of his work has expanded. He played cynical, immoral people (for example, in the movie "Heiress in a straight line"). Then there were romanticized roles. Recent film works say that a lyrical hero is realized in an actor.
Career in theater
Alexander Zbruev, whose biography is firmly connected with the history of this theater, has been in the Lenkom troupe since 1961. During this time he played more than twenty roles. But, as you know, the competition there is especially high, so not all the works were the main ones.
Zbruev got his first role only under director Anatoly Efros, who came to the theater in 1963. It was he who entrusted Alexander with the role of the 17-year-old youth Marat, a resident of besieged Leningrad. The performance was called "My poor Marat" and glorified Zbruev in theatrical circles.
After the arrival of Mark Zakharov in 1973, Alexander Viktorovich rightfully became one of the leading actors of the theater.
Alexander Zbruev is involved in such performances as "Boris Godunov" (main role), "About Lermontov …" (poet), "Jester Balakirev" (Yaguzhinsky) and others.
Private life
Despite the fact that acting is a public profession, many do not like to talk abouthappens to them outside the stage. Zbruev Alexander was no exception. The actor's personal life is far from prying eyes.
It is known that he was married twice. The first wife was Valentina Malyavina, an actress. The marriage lasted only four years.
Since 1967, Zbruev was happily married to Lyudmila Savelyeva, a beautiful actress who once played the role of Natasha Rostova. The couple have a daughter, Natalia.
Also, Zbruev has an illegitimate daughter, Tatyana, from a theater colleague, actress Elena Shanina, who played Conchita in the most popular play "Juno and Avos". Alexander Zbruev, whose biography is not an example in this regard, suppresses any inquiries about his children.
Zbruev's brother is also an actor. He worked all his life in the theater. Vakhtangov. His grandson Pyotr Fedorov is also a popular actor ("Inhabited Island", "Yolki").
Interesting facts
In addition to his acting activities, Zbruev was engaged in entrepreneurship. Since 1995, he has been a co-owner of the TRAM restaurant.
For four years (from 2000 to 2004) he led an acting workshop at the RATI. This experience and release turned out to be the only one to date, since Zbruev has been on a sabbatical since 2004.
