Oleg Anofriev was born in the city of Gelendzhik in 1930, his father was a doctor in the sanatorium of this resort town. Oleg was the youngest of three brothers in an intelligent family, where they always loved music.

The future people's artist spent the war both in evacuation in Sverdlovsk and in Moscow. While still at school, he became interested in theater, began to attend a drama club. I chose the profession of an artist for myself.
