Movie Saw: The Game of Survival

The genre of Saw: The Survival Game is horror, so it's no surprise that it begins with the main character, Adam, lying underwater in a full bathtub, almost drowning at the very beginning. The audience sees an object that floats down the drain as he frantically pulls out the plug.

Further on the plot of the movie "Saw" Adam falls on the floor in shock. The room he is in is dark. Rising, he feels chained to a pipe.

After trying unsuccessfully to call for help, he decides he is dead. At this time, a calm voice of a man sounds, who informs him that this is not so. It turns out that it belongs to another prisoner - Dr. Gordon.

A corpse in the middle of the room

When the second hero of the film "Saw:" Game onSurvival manages to turn on the light, they notice a corpse in the center of the room. He has a gun and a player in his hands.

While Gordon is trying to open the door, Adam finds an envelope in his pocket with a player and a cassette that says: "Listen." The same is found in Gordon's things. In addition, the doctor also has a key that does not fit any lock, and a cartridge.

After taking the player from the dead cellmate, they put on the cassettes. An unknown voice says that Adam is here because he is spying on people with a camera. Lawrence is ordered to kill Adam before 6 o'clock, otherwise his family - his wife and daughter - will die. At the end, the kidnapper states that there are many clues in the room they are in.

Search for clues

The plot of the movie "Saw" is getting more and more exciting. They find hacksaws, but they can't cut the chains. The surgeon understands that they are for the legs.

Finally, Gordon guesses who could have done this, but admits that he does not know this person personally. He only heard that the police could not catch a kidnapper with such handwriting. Gordon knows this because he was a suspect himself 5 months ago.

A surgeon tells Adam about a serial killer nicknamed "Saw" by the reporters. He never kills anyone, but only creates situations in which the victims commit suicide.

Suspicion fell on Gordon when his flashlight with prints was found at the crime scene. The doctor had an alibi, which was confirmed. However, the detectives still felt that he could help the investigation, telling the story of a maniac. His victims were 46-year-old Paul, who tried to commit suicide, the simulator Mark, who pretended to be sick.

Only drug addict Amanda Young survived. She was wearing a device that, a minute after activation, was supposed to break her jaws. It could only be opened with a key from the stomach of a cellmate who was under the influence of opium.

Adam after this story begins to suspect that Gordon is the same maniac. He tries to prove that this is not so, showing a wallet with family photos. It turns out to be another clue: the cross that the serial killer advised looking for can only be seen in the dark.

At this time, Detective Tapp is watching Gordon's house, still believing that he is a maniac. By this point, he had already been fired from the police, as his desire to catch the criminal led to the death of his partner. Now he's obsessed with capturing the villain.

Gordon and Adam find the cross the killer was talking about on the wall in the dark. In the opening is a box with several cigarettes, a mobile phone that works only for reception, and a lighter. Through the phone, Gordon remembers how he was kidnapped. He says it happened after work, but later admits that he was leaving Carla's mistress at the time.

There is also a note in the box, in which Jigsaw suggests that the surgeon kill Adam by dipping cigarettes in the poisoned blood of a corpse in the middle of the room. The doctor decides to do something else. He persuades Adam to fake death by dragging on a cigarette. The plan of his victims violates the maniac. When Adam falls onfloor, he runs a current through the circuit to see if the prisoner is alive. An electric shock makes the photographer give himself away. At the same time, he, like the doctor, recalls the circumstances under which he was abducted.

About 6 p.m. the phone rings. Gordon's wife Ellison, who all this time with her daughter remains hostage with Zepp (the orderly who showed the doctor a mysterious terminally ill patient), warns her husband not to believe Adam. The photographer confesses that Detective Tapp hired him to follow the surgeon. When he developed fresh pictures in his apartment, he was kidnapped.

At 6 o'clock sharp, Zapp turns off the security camera at the doctor's house. At the same moment, Allison is released from the rope. Zapp enters the room, forcing her to call her husband again, however, she begins to resist, trying to break free. A detective from an ambush comes running to the shots. Zapp breaks out, intending to kill Gordon. The ex-cop gives chase.

On the phone, Gordon hears gunshots and screams, but Jigsaw directs current through the circuit, forcing him to throw him aside in a fit. When he comes to, the phone rings again. Alisson, who escaped, wants to warn her husband that everything is over, but he cannot reach the phone, so he still believes that his family is in danger.

Losing his mind, the surgeon begins sawing off his leg. Then he takes the gun from the corpse in the center of the room and shoots Adam.

Meanwhile, Tapp catches up with Zapp at the building where the hostages are being held. ATthe struggling orderly manages to shoot the detective in the chest. Entering the restroom, he sees that Gordon has killed the photographer. But he still points a gun at him, saying that he was late. The doctor tries to find out why he is doing this, to which Zapp simply replies that these are the rules.

At the last moment, Adam pounces on the orderly. He survived, as Gordon deliberately shot him in the shoulder, deciding to once again simulate the death of his cellmate. The photographer knocks the opponent to the floor, bludgeoning him to death with a toilet lid. Gordon crawls away to call for help.

Adam is alone in the room, still chained to the pipe. While searching Zapp, he expects to find the key to his chain, but instead discovers the exact same player, realizing that the orderly was just as much a victim as he was. According to Jigsaw's rules, he had to take Gordon's loved ones hostage. And if the surgeon does not fulfill the conditions of the game, kill them. Otherwise, he himself had to die from the poison injected into his bloodstream.

Amazed, Adam turns off the player, and at that moment the body, lying in the middle of the room, begins to rise to its feet. This is Pila. The photographer watches as he takes off his mask, adjusting to the bright light with difficulty.

Saw tells him that the item that floated down the drain at the very beginning was the key to his chain. Further, a series of flashbacks is shown, from which it becomes clear that Jigsaw all this time was Gordon's terminally ill patient John, whom Zepp showed him.

Adam tries to kill the maniac using the orderly's weapon, but Jigsaw againpasses current through the circuit, causing the weapon to be dropped. Ignoring the screaming prisoner, he slowly walks out of the room, finally uttering only one phrase: "Game over." He locks the door, leaving the photographer in this room forever.
