Yana was born in 1973, February 12, in the Sverdlovsk region, the main city of which is now called Yekaterinburg.

The actress got her name and fictitious surname thanks to her mother, who did not want to indicate the name of the girl on her father's name in the birth certificate. As Troyanova herself notes, she received her patronymic not in honor of her father, but in honor of the great Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin. Yana's mother took such a step, because she knew that the man, thanks to whom Yana was born, was married, and in order not to break up the family, she decided to hide the birth of her daughter. Thus, the mother named the girl - Troyanova Yana.

The actress showed her ability to act as a child, many teachers promised her a great future in this area, but at the same time, at school, Yana was a hooligan and did not show a desire for the educational process, because of this, her relationship with teachers was very stretched.

At twenty-four, Yana entered the Ural State University, where she studied at the Faculty of Philosophy for six years. But despite all the hardshipsnineties, after graduating from university, the girl decided for herself that Yana Troyanova was an actress and nothing else, and decided to enter a theater institute.
