Scientists have long proven that a child does not fully develop his horizons if he is not taught to draw as early as possible. Enthusiastically driving felt-tip pens, a brush or pencils over a sheet of paper, the baby develops finger motor skills and an eye.

Both boys and girls love to draw. But they want to portray completely different subjects. Kids will want to depict flowers, the sun, animals. And boys often draw cars, tanks, explosions. The drawing consists of simple geometric shapes: rectangles, ovals, squares, triangles, circles. Having “assembled” a composition from them, you only need to slightly modify the characteristic contours of the tank: correct the corners with an eraser, depict some small details. They are applied last.

How to draw a tank step by step? For children, small details are not very significant. It is enough for them that the image with its contours looks like a famous tank. So, we follow the steps:

1. In the middle of the sheet, draw an elongated rectangle from below and add a triangle on both sides.
2. Slightly round off their outer corners and gently erase the extra lines with an eraser. The contours of the undercarriage of a military tank are ready - caterpillars.
3. Draw several circles inside the drawn structure.

4. The tank needs armor. To do this, above the caterpillars, you will have to draw a small rectangle that does not go beyond the boundaries of the caterpillar contours. Above the armor we draw a small semicircle. This is the observation tower of our tank.
5. It remains to depict a real combat cannon in the picture. It looks like a narrow long rectangle. And to make it look more like a military cannon, round off one edge.
6. At the end of the gun, draw a flame arrester. It's very simple: draw a square at some distance from the end of the cannon.

When the drawing is finished, it needs to be colored. Let your child choose the color. He will feel that he drew the whole drawing himself. Recommend decorating the image with a red star, just like on real battle tanks.
