Young years

Oleg Belov was born on July 30, 1934 in Novosibirsk. Despite the fact that his parents had nothing to do with creativity, Oleg knew from a young age that his vocation was the stage. The childhood of the actor was overshadowed by the war, and his youth by the difficult years of restoring the country. However, the love of beauty and the hope for the best helped him not to lose courage.

From an early age, Belov gravitated towards painting, poetry, music and dance. He plays many instruments well and sings wonderfully. Before entering the theater institute, these talents came in handy for Belov to work at the Operetta Theater, as well as dance groups of the Songs and Dances military ensemble and the Siberian Folk Choir.

Cinema

Oleg Belov, while still a student at the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography, began to play in the theater and received a small role in the movie "Beware, Grandma." After graduating from the institute in 1961, he was enrolled in the staff of Lenfilm and entered the theater troupe of the Leningrad Film Actor Studio.

Oleg Alexandrovich has about eight dozen film roles on his account. But, probably, the most memorable to the viewer are the works in the pictures:

• "Charlotte's Necklace" (Head of Port Guard),
• "Shoes with gold buckles" (one of the robbers),
• Window to Paris (head of police station).

And also fans of detective series could remember the work of the actor in television projects: “National Security Agent”, “Streets of Broken Lights” and “Opera. Homicide Chronicles.”

Other creative activities

Belov's creativity is not limited to actingwork. Poetry and music still play a big role in his life. Oleg Belov writes poetry, composes songs and draws. Not all of his creations are intended for the general public. For example, Oleg Alexandrovich does not consider it necessary to exhibit portraits of his friends - actors, made in graphics, and only journalists managed to see them. However, Belov nevertheless released a collection of his best poems. And also in some films you can hear songs performed by him.

In the personal life of the actor, not everything went smoothly. He was married twice. From his first marriage to singer Valentina Belova (now deceased), Oleg Alexandrovich has a son, Dmitry. Today he is 54 years old. Dmitry did not follow in his father's footsteps, he works as a computer programmer. Oleg Alexandrovich has an excellent relationship with his son. They spend a lot of time together.

The actor married again in 1978. The second wife of Oleg Belov is well known to the domestic audience. This is a popular actress Elena Drapeko, who at the moment is also a prominent political figure. In 1985, a daughter, Anastasia, was born in an acting family. Unfortunately, this marriage of Oleg Alexandrovich broke up. After 13 years of marriage, the couple broke up. The divorce took place with a scandal, so the ex-husband and wife do not support relations.

Belov became a grandfather in 2013. Anastasia gave birth to a daughter, Varvara. But the actor has not yet had a chance to enjoy the new status. The daughter does not want to communicate with her father. The actor associates such behavior with the negative attitude towards him of his ex-wife andmother-in-law.
