Today, Sergei Safronov (an illusionist) is known as a performer of stunt numbers, as an actor and screenwriter, and also as a host of a reality show, in particular, the well-known Battle of Psychics. He repeatedly participated in the TV shows "You are an eyewitness", "Wonder People" and many others.

Childhood

The middle of three brothers, Sergey Safronov was born on September 30, 1982 in Russia, Moscow. His parents, Safronov Svetlana and Vladimir, had high hopes for their son since childhood, sparing no time and money for his personal development. Both of them were engineers, but, according to Sergei himself, my mother always dreamed that her sons would become actors, and her father wanted one thing - team spirit. And so it happened. In the present, Sergey, Ilya and Andrey are the legendary founders and participants of the illusion shows of the Safronov Brothers - spectacles unsurpassed in realism and mystery at the same time.

Sergey once said: “We are so different. Andryukha is modest, Ilya, of course, is a philosopher, and I am a joker and a merry fellow. Naturally they quarrel, sometimes competeor suffer from "star disease", but … "Everything can be overcome when you do a common thing," he added.

Jumble and Wick

Sergey Safronov, whose biography is very interesting, even in his school years he loved to play in theatrical school productions. Around the same time, he was invited to voice storylines for the Yeralash film magazine, popular with children. This collaboration lasted for about five years. Twice he even got a role, after which shooting took place, and one of the personnel productions was made when Sergey was already an adult.

After graduating from school, Sergei Safronov studied at the School of Circus and Variety Art, and finally became an actor. For a long time, as he himself says, he worked for seven years at Sovremennik, the most famous and revered drama theater of our time.

Sergey Safronov is an actor by vocation, but his film career is limited to only a few small jobs. In 1993, he was chosen to shoot the plot "New Times" in the film magazine "Wick".

The beginning of the career of an illusionist

When first Ilya and then Andrey began to come up with the first numbers for future illusion shows, becoming interested in magic tricks, Sergey firmly decided to support them, although he became part of the team much later. But he was fully engaged in preparing the props and, in his words, “I had to buy a sheet of plywood in the market, which was 2 meters long.”

The decisive television performance that launched the popularity took place livebroadcast "What? Where? When?" in 2002, when the Safronov brothers performed the number "Burning Alive". “We went home with the feeling that tomorrow we would wake up famous,” Sergei said, impressed by what had happened to him. A photo of Sergei Safronov now, perhaps, appears on the pages of any self-respecting publication.

Followed by a series of invitations and filming of the most diverse nature: at the same time, in 2002, the brothers staged an incendiary show at the rock festival in Luzhniki, when a concert of DORO (Warlock) and UDO (Accept) took place.

Alexander Tsekalo invited the Safronovs to make a stunt production for the musical "The Twelve Chairs". By agreeing to work on this project, the illusionists became even more popular. They were lucky enough to join the ranks of the members of the New York International Club of Magicians.

Many stunt productions made the Safronovs famous, one of them was “Teleportation of a man from Geneva to Montreux”, which shocked Switzerland, which showed it on television in 2003. A similar trick - with the brothers suddenly appearing - was organized by them during a concert with an orchestra about the new album "Ships" by Svetlana Surganova.

Private life

The first steps in the career of an illusionist with Sergei, oddly enough, coincided with the beginning of family relationships. Maria, the producer of the Miracle People project on NTV, in the filming of which he took part, did not immediately like Sergei: “Then I couldn’t understand why the men from the film crew were running after her.”

Noticing that two of hisbrother is also interested in Masha, he suddenly thought that "perhaps he has become blind." His thoughts were interrupted by her invitation to a joint gala dinner on the occasion of a superbly turned out shoot. "It was so delicious that I simply remembered the way to a man's heart," says the illusionist.

Naturally, Sergei began to visit Maria more often to "fix something or hammer in a nail." But then I realized that he had been living here for a long time. In 2011, the couple got engaged, but Sergei Safronov's wedding was postponed for some time due to the bride's pregnancy.

Only when the child was born, the young parents were finally able to become legal spouses, and now they are raising their daughter Alina and son Vladimir. Safronov's wife, Sergei Maria, declares that she is infinitely happy in marriage with him.

Magicians "go to the people"

In 2003, Ivan Usachev, the host of the TV show “You are an eyewitness,” announced the Safronov brothers as new participants in the program, after which a series of stories with a demonstration of tricks to people passing through the streets of Moscow took place over the year. At the same time, Sergey Safronov and his brothers realized a long-standing plan and launched the “School of Magic” section on M1, which unobtrusively offered to try to create “miracles” using magic tricks.

Sergey Safronov has a number of awards that he has received over the years at award ceremonies, such as those from the MTV channel called Gameland Award-2005, the Golden Gramophone from Russian Radio.

The whole of 2006 was held for the Safronov brothersquite interesting: as a specially invited guest, they attended rock concerts of the musical group "Leningrad" by Sergei Shnurov, Alexander Pushnoy, "Svetlana Surganova and her orchestra".

Battle of Psychics

A year later, Ilya, Sergey and Andrey Safronov were given an interesting task for the "Battle of Psychics": as skeptical observers, to recognize and expose illusionists among applicants wishing to obtain the status of a psychic. The brothers became the hosts of the show on an ongoing basis, independently choosing a list of tests for the participants. “This project not only fulfilled the dream of television, but also helped to satisfy the desire to look for real psychics,” Sergey said.

Wonder People and The Island

In 2008, the Euronews channel presented a documentary he shot on real events about the illusionists Safonovs. From the first days of 2009, the program “Wonder People” was released, which became famous for involving celebrities and passers-by in the tricks of the Safronov brothers. Filming of their show-broadcast "Ukraine of Wonders", which began in 2012, is still taking place in different cities of the country.

One of the most unique gifts of fate for Sergey was the victory in 2013 in the reality show "Island", held on NTV, which brought him universal love and as much as 12 million rubles.
