The actor was born in the city of Gomel on June 27, 1978 in the family of a worker in a specialized institution for orphans. As a child, he often communicated with peers who did not have parents, which later left an imprint on his worldview and attitude to life. He and his seniorbrother was brought up in strictness in a family in which discipline and respect for elders were put at the forefront.

Actor Pavel Kharlanchuk showed creativity from early childhood. In 2000, he received an acting education, studying at the Belarusian State Academy of Arts. Three years later, he received the education of a director there.

Theatrical work
