American film actor Dylan McDermott (full name Mark Anthony McDermott) was born October 26, 1961 in Waterbury, Connecticut. Known for two notable roles: Bobby Donell in The Practice and Ben Harmon in the TV series American Horror Story.

Biography

Dylan's parents, Richard and Diana McDermott, were extremely young at the time of their son's birth - father 17 years old, mother 15. A year later, Dylan's sister was born, who was named Robin. The boy was six years old when his parents divorced. The children stayed with their mother and the whole family moved to the house of their grandmother, Diana's mother. In the same year, misfortune happened, Diana was shot with her own revolver. The woman's roommate, a certain John Sponza, who was associated with a local criminal gang, was accused of the murder. The police had little evidence and John escaped responsibility. However, he was also shot dead five years later during a criminal showdown.

Dylan McDermott first starred in a bigcinema in 1988. He played a small role in the film "Tornado" directed by Michael Almereid.
