Bill Murray (full name - William James Murray) was born on September 21, 1950 in Wilmette, Illinois. Bill's parents are Catholics of Irish descent, with a total of nine children in their family.

From childhood, the future actor did not have a calm and obedient character: sent by believing parents to a Jesuit school, he was completely uninterested in studying.
