The plump charm of Soviet cinema was born on October 8, 1963. Almost nothing is known about her childhood years. For as long as Tatyana can remember, even when she was very young, she did not succumb to the general adventure to prepare for admission to the theater. But one fine day, she simply could not refuse her friend. So, for the company, she passed the exams at the Moscow Art Theater School. Looking at a potential applicant, the teachers were not delighted: she was provided with only a “troika”. Sixteen-year-old Tatyana Agafonova was not at all upset, directing her steps towards the medical school, because it was her dream, and that was where she was going to go.

Absolutely not remembering the unsuccessful admission, Tanya diligently comprehended knowledge of pharmacology for a couple of months. And suddenly from the Moscow Art Theater she receives a notification that she is enrolled in the first year. I must say that for her it was a small miracle, because the competition was 245 applicants for one place.

First film role

On the stage of the theater and on the set there was a clear bust with characteristic and capricious beauties. But there were not enough actresses with the usual appearance of a girl from our yard. But after all, it was necessary to invite someone to the roles of workers of the era of developed socialism, which include cooks and waitresses, weavers and conductors, workers in factories and factories. That is why the image of a touchingly plump, charming girl turned out to be very popular.

Tatiana Agafonova first tasted fame and recognition after playing the role of Lisa, such a delicious bun filled with raisins, in the 1983 lyrical comedy The Hostel Seems Lonely. After this success, other roles came: Bubnova in the Dance Floor, Lidka in the Fast Train, Valya in Zina-Zinul, Maka in Alaska Kid. Practicallyall her heroines were like a match - very determined, strong physically and mentally, strong-willed; but with all this, they are very touching, gentle, kind, though not always glowing with happiness.

Along with films, Tatyana also had theatrical work: she went on stage with Oleg Tabakov, for whom each new performance was a huge event in the cultural life of the capital.

End of the USSR

With the collapse of the Union, everything fell into confusion and some kind of desolation. New pictures did not go into production, and roles were not offered. Tatyana Agafonova, whose photos often appeared on the pages of the periodicals of the Soviet Union, felt unnecessary. In order to somehow make ends meet, she was forced to act in commercials. A little later, she was lucky to get a job on television, in the program "Pharmacy" on "TV-6 Moscow". Thanks to this work, she was awarded the title of "The He althiest TV Presenter" by TV-Park magazine. Tatyana Agafonova, whose filmography was replenished with a large number of works (it happened that she starred in four films a year), in the eighties, very comradely, like her best friend, gave useful advice on how to scientifically go on a diet, eat right with an intestinal disorder, enema and much more.

Finding a source of income

Unfortunately, after a while the transfer was closed. Tatyana had to, gathering all her strength and courage, try to break into a new profession.

In business, she had a hard time. Tatyana Agafonova was the director of the firm,tried to join the trade in spare parts for cars, worked as a legal adviser. She tried with great difficulty to combine business and art, becoming the head of one creative association. Something began to turn out slowly, but 1998 came. The default crossed out everything and ended the beginning career of Tatyana the businesswoman.

From "Mosfilm" calls were heard less and less, and then with incomprehensible and unacceptable offers for her to play tiny roles in films about bandits and policemen. All this did not suit her. The desire to hide or run away grew stronger.

Back to basics

And I really wanted to run away to my mother. Or rather, where my mother lived before she passed away.

Once, a long time ago, Tatyana's mother moved to the village from the capital, to a house built by her grandfather. After his death, the house was turned into a dacha, although it was more of a manor. There is a warm bathhouse, a huge garden, a good vegetable garden. Tatiana has always loved this house. It was here that when Tanya was still very young, her parents brought her for the holidays. Everything here reminded of eternity: beautiful carved furniture of the early twentieth century, curtains on the windows that my grandmother sewed, dried meadow grasses in the hallway, the singing of wild birds, the creaking of the gate…

When her mother died, Tatyana lost her reason for coming to the village. But in her next appearance, she looked at the house of her ancestors with completely different eyes. It seemed to her that an old man was standing in front of her,weak person. And she realized that she would never, under any circumstances, sell her home. When spring came, actress Tatyana Agafonova, whose films are still watched with great interest by a huge number of viewers, planted potatoes, beets, carrots, whitewashed the trees, and repaired the fence around the house. Numerous relatives living in the village next door helped her in this.

Tanya-Hollywood

It's been a whole year. On the collective farm, it was necessary to resolve the issue related to the change of leadership. Unanimously, all residents from a dozen villages that stretched in the neighborhood expressed great confidence in Tatyana, offering to become the head of the household. Without expecting from herself, she agreed, deciding to herself: if even the slightest opportunity to learn something new appeared in her life, she must use it and try herself.

Now she spends most of her time here, in the village, taking only books and a TV set from her Moscow apartment. But Tatyana does not forget about cinema either, having recently starred with Sergei Zhigunov in the movie "Kill the Evening".

In the village she is respectfully called by her first name and patronymic, and in the district they call her Tanya-Hollywood behind her back.

Tatyana now has a lot of work, because she headed the collective farm, which had a huge debt. And he's trying to fix it. The chairman also dreams of growing flax on the collective farm lands again, as it was before. He tries to find money for spare parts for tractors and combines, to fight drunkenness, to pay off debts onsalary.

Yes, that's how Tatyana Agafonova lives now. The actress from her turned out not to be a generally accepted beauty, but such a sweet, homely, cozy aunt, but talented, with a huge soul and a loving heart. She also chairs very talentedly, with intelligence and resourcefulness, trying to find a way out of even the most difficult and difficult situation.

She gets up at six every morning. Tatyana loves this time very much, because you can wash your face with cold water, brew a cup of strong tea, smoke a cigarette without hurrying. And sit by the window for a few minutes, not thinking about the difficulties, enjoying the sounds that a cat and a kitten make, lapping milk from a saucer by the warm stove.
