Surotdinov Andrei Minkhanovich - Russian musician, film composer, current violinist of the Aquarium group with which he has been collaborating since 1995. He was born in Semipalatinsk in 1960, April 26.

Biography

Andrey Surotdinov played in the Ars Consoni ensemble in the late eighties and early nineties. It was focused mainly on the authentic performance of musical works of the Baroque era. For the first time, Andrey Surotdinov appeared in the Aquarium group while working on the Navigator album. Then he replaced Andrei Reshetin. In 1999, the third line-up of the group was formed. "Aquarium" 3.0 has found stability. From that moment on, our hero became a permanent member of the team. In addition to cooperation with Aquarium, he took part in the creation of two albums by the Nastya group. Author of music for the series "Streets of Broken Lanterns", as well as the films "The Abyss" and "The Man in the Case". He worked on the performances of Alexei Slyusarchuk, who is the chief director at the Osobnyak Theater. He created music for the productions of The Brothers Küchelgerten and I Will Call Myself Gantenbein. The name of our hero's wife is Daniela Stojanovic. She is an actress. The musician also has a son.

Interesting facts

Andrey Surotdinov acts as a composer outside the Aquarium group. At the same time, his solo works are not at all in the style of the band, but they are no less interesting. It should be noted that our hero is not only a violinist. He is fluent in the piano, harpsichord, and also plays the viola. His solo work began very interesting. Once Alexey Slyusarchuk invited the musician to watch a performance called "Alexicon". After watching, he invited our hero to play the violin live to create a unique atmosphere. The musician tested his strength. He decided on this, because he really liked the apparent "optionality" of what was happening. That is, he was not obliged to play, and therefore he freely and actively created. Thus began a serious fruitful cooperation. Our hero created a soundtrack for the play "I'll call myself Gantenbein." Further, the production of "The Kuchelgarten Brothers" was released in Moscow. The next performance, the music for which our hero wrote, is called "Tattoo". It was staged at the Triada Theatre.

Andrey Surotdinov is best known as a member of this group. It is one of the oldest in Russia, if we consider representatives of the rock genre. The ideological inspirer and vocalist Boris Grebenshchikov is the permanent leader of the band.
