One day the Belgian king invites him to visit the Congo. John refuses, but he is persuaded by George Washington Williams in order to find confirmation of the enslavement of the inhabitants of local tribes. No one realizes that the proposal is made up by Leon Rom.
Clayton goes with his wife and Washington to the village where they lived. The locals rejoice at their return, but at night the settlement is attacked by soldiers led by Rom. They kill the leader of the tribe and, failing to capture John, take his wife prisoner.
Tarzan and his friends from the tribe go in pursuit. On the way, they rescue prisoners who are transported by train. There, they learn that once Rom gets the diamonds, he will hire an army to take over the entire Congo.
Meanwhile, Jane jumps overboard with her friend. In the jungle, they decide to split up, and the young man goes for help. Jane is chased by soldiers in the woods and they start shooting at the monkeys that are nearby. Tarzan hears gunfire and his wife's screams and sets off in pursuit. So Clayton is in the possession of the leader Mbongo. Leon receives a treasure chest and runs away, taking Jane with him. John starts a fight with the leader and the monkeys come to his aid. Joining forces with the tribe and the wild animals, Tarzan heads for the port. He frees his wife and hurries to the ship, where he defeats Captain Rom. Ships carrying soldiers but turning back. A year later, according to the documents provided by George Washington Williams, the Belgian king is charged. At the end of the film, Tarzan and Jane have a long-awaited baby.
