He passed away at just 46 years old, having played almost fifty roles in films and television shows. He often received offers to act in military, spy and adventure films. He was left an orphan at the age of 7, but grew up to be a wonderful person. This is Aleksei Eibozhenko, a Soviet film and theater actor.

Childhood and family ties

In Moscow on February 6, 1934, in a very unusual family for the Soviet era, a boy was born, who was named Alyosha.

His paternal grandmother was French and related to the famous writer George Sand (she was that great-niece). They even had the same last name - Dupin. His grandfather in the distant years was a fairly we althy homeowner (before the revolution, the house and the land where the Olympic complex is now located belonged to him). Once he lost at cards in the Nobility Assembly and shot himself out of hopelessness.

First terrible losses

Little Alexey Eibozhenko managed to celebrate only the seventh daybirth, when the Great Patriotic War began. Dad goes to the front to defend his homeland and dies in the Battle of Kursk. Mom loved him so much that she could not survive such a strong loss. Shortly after the death of her father, she also dies. So, while still a child, the boy was left an orphan.

Stage debut

Actor Alexey Eibozhenko was still studying at the theater school - in the so-called "Sliver", when he began to go on stage. He played the King in Star of Seville, Karaulov in Alien Child, Romashov in Two Captains…

In 1957, having received a diploma from a theater school, he joined the troupe of the Koltsov Voronezh Drama Theater. There he worked for two years, and then moved to the Moscow Drama and Comedy Theater, which is located on Taganka. It was there that he was destined to meet the woman of his life.

Who are you, my love?

They studied at Sliver with Vera Pashennaya, only Natasha (Natalya Kenigson, whose father was the famous Soviet actor Vladimir Kenigson) studied a year younger. For Pashennaya, Eibozhenko Alexei Sergeevich was his favorite student. She always said that he was the best, that he was wonderful, that he was talented. When Natalya started working at Taganka, she was told that a young man was working there, who also came from Sliver. Hearing the guy's name, she screamed that he was a legend and immediately wanted to get to know him. True, at a personal meeting, the girl was a little surprised, because Eibozhenko turned out to be the most ordinary person -outgoing and ingenuous.

So began their great love. They lived together for 16 years, loving each other like on the first day. Rarely does anyone get such boundless happiness. They practically did not communicate with anyone and did not invite anyone to visit. Not because they did not like the guests, but because they did not need a single person, they adored each other so much.

Their son, Aleksey Alekseevich Eybozhenko, recalled one incident that vividly characterized their reverent attitude towards each other. Once, the parents were going to go to the Cinema House for the premiere. They were about to leave when the father suddenly said, “Mom, why don’t we go?” Natasha agreed. They stayed at home.

Natalya and Aleksey just couldn't be angry at each other for long. They could quarrel over some nonsense, and then he came to his wife with the words: “Forgive me, mommy! I’m an orphan…” And that’s it, immediately all grievances and quarrels were forgotten.

Theatrical stage

Natalya Eibozhenko did not work at the Taganka Theater for long: when Lyubimov came there, their relationship did not work out, and Natalya quit. Aleksey Eibozhenko, on the contrary, confidently walked from role to role. The new leader trusted the young artist to play interesting characters. Everything would be fine, but… Love for his wife was much more important and stronger for Alexei, so he goes nowhere for his beloved.

But I had to provide for my family. Alexei Eibozhenko, whose films would later be included in the treasury of Soviet cinema, begins work in his first paintings. Some of his early screen images were Nema Brock - the film "On Duty" and Lemeshko - the film "The Third Half".

It's 1964. The actor becomes a member of the troupe of the Academic Theater. Vladimir Mayakovsky. He stayed there for a short time, but the roles that he played there were quite memorable and interesting. After 3 years, he came to the State Academic Maly Theater, where more than two dozen complex, characteristic roles were added to his repertoire.

Set location

Each of the characters played by Eibozhenko attracted the attention of viewers of different ages to the artist - whether it was an episodic role or the main one. One of the most famous roles of the actor is considered to be the character from the TV movie “For the rest of my life” (commissioner Ivan Egorovich Danilov), which director Pyotr Fomenko shot in 1975 in the hope of working with Eibozhenko.

Back in 1966, he played in the film "On Thin Ice", which de alt with the struggle of employees of the State Security Service with foreign intelligence in the late 30s and during the Great Patriotic War. Alexey Sergeevich embodied the central role on the screen - it was Andrei Trapeznikov, an NKVD worker.

There were other interesting works: Colonel Vinnikov in the film "Fight after the Victory", Grandfather in the film "Road to Rübetsal", Max Guesman in the film "Seventeen Moments of Spring"…

Unfortunately, Alexei Eibozhenko passed away early. The cause of death is hypertension. It would seem that the usualcommon disease. But… Mortality from cardiovascular diseases was very high both then and now. He died on December 26, 1980, at the age of 46. Sometimes, however, in some printed publications you can find materials that the actor was beaten before his death. But Natalya Kenigson herself refutes this information. Alexei Eibozhenko is buried at the Vagankovsky cemetery. His son, named after his father, is now a popular TV presenter and actor.
