One of the new psychological detective films released in Russia was created according to the order of Channel One. Although all the actors played superbly, the "Freud Method" in question became a kind of hit thanks to the famous showman, and part-time actor and former priest Ivan Okhlobystin.

The series consisted of 12 episodes, each of which lasted three quarters of an hour. It was originally planned that he would appear on the screens in the fall of 2012, but this happened a little later, which did not diminish the audience's interest in him. After all, two necessary conditions were met: a well-written script served as the basis; the main character turned out to be almost perfectly written out: on the one hand, he is unpleasant to the viewer, and on the other, he attracts with his incomprehensible charm, because he is an extraordinary personality, he has self-irony and wit, and, importantly, he is smart.

Who are you, Freud?

The protagonist of the series - Roman Freidin (Freud) - is a special consultant in the investigation department of the prosecutor's office. He givesuseful advice (this is his similarity with Sherlock Holmes himself) not only to police officers, but also to prosecutors. It helps a lot in solving many complicated cases. But unlike the legendary English detective, in his work Roman does not use the deductive method, but personally developed "Freud's method". He is an excellent psychologist and a professional poker player (however, he is never at the card table in the picture), with a broad outlook.

Investigation is interesting for Roman because it requires logical thinking, just like playing poker. To recreate the portrait of the criminal, he uses scientific methods. And, what is very important, he is able to predict the actions of a person who has broken the law. Still - he is a real provocateur. He can lead the criminal into a frank conversation without aggressively provoking him, because this is a precisely built logical game. The rest of the characters in the series, played by great actors, do not always understand the "Freud method". But they can't help but admire the result achieved by Roman, because their colleague solves complex and intricate cases with ease.

Lieutenant Colonel Korablin

But Ivan Okhlobystin, who brilliantly played the role of Roman, is not the only magnificent find of directors. There are also talented actors. Freud's Method would not have turned out so bright and memorable without them.

Natalia Antonova played in the series the role of Freud's new boss, head of the investigative department, Lieutenant Colonel Anna Korablina, Counselor of Justice. ita young beauty that the psychologist really likes. In dealing with her, he uses all the same techniques - rejection and provocation. Anna is outraged by this attitude, but at the same time, Roman attracts her. This situation scares her a little. They have one thing in common: both try to keep their lives under control. Anna's father is dying, she is depressed and does not think about love. Suddenly, Roman is next to her, and their constant conflicts are replaced either by sympathy for each other, or even quite the opposite …

Until this moment, Natalia Antonova had no experience in playing the roles of operatives, and the detective genre was unusual for her. In an interview, she said that her heroine, Korablina, is a well-mannered and intelligent woman, and it is not easy to play an intelligent person.

At work, Anna uses the support of her boss, police lieutenant colonel Vyacheslav Galchansky (Artur Vakha). Yes, the actors in this series are great. Freud's Method has gathered a strong creative team under its shadow.

The path from Maxim Morozov to Sergei Nevezhin

Another interesting character in the series is Lieutenant Sergei Nevezhin, who serves in Anna Korablina's department. He is a very decent 28-year-old guy, quick-witted, but not very confident. Pavel Priluchny, who embodied this image on the screen, is already known to viewers for his roles in other series: "Closed School" and "Major".

Before the role of lieutenant, Pavel had no similar characters. He used to play boysand now his hero has to solve rather difficult tasks. Nevezhin is well brought up, as the actor talks about his hero, he is sincere and naive, but more of a theorist than a practitioner. When he meets Freud, he involuntarily begins to reach out to him, because Roman gradually broke all the stereotypes that Nevezhin studied at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Vitya Pernitsky and Lida Fadeeva

Viktor Pernitsky is an ardent opponent of Korableva in the series. He is a 30-year-old police captain, aiming for Anna's place. But Anna took it solely on her own merit. When Freud comes to the department, the performance of the department improves. This situation further contributes to the strengthening of Victor's hatred and envy not only for Anna, but also for Roman.

The role of Pernitsky was played by actor Alexei Grishin. He is a graduate of the Moscow Art Theater School and has been serving in the troupe of the Tabakerka Theater since 1998.

Another employee of the department is trainee Lida Fadeeva (played by actress Elena Nikolaeva, a graduate of GITIS). She came to work here from the post of press secretary of the police department and is a direct subordinate of Pernitsky. At the same time, she is fascinated by Freud and is ready to help him every minute.

Not like the others

Of course, the audience is already familiar with the series, the heroes of which are law enforcement officers. Over the years, pictures that include murders and various crimes can often be seen on the screen. But there is a significant difference between this series and the rest: the actors of the series "Freud's Method" show not only people who have broken the law and their punishment, butand situations in which these people become criminals.

Not all the villains caught are actually experienced. There are also ordinary, good people who just found themselves in a difficult situation and got confused in their lives. It happens that they just need help to deal with problems, and not put them in jail. It was the latter that Roman Freidin never resorted to.

The team behind the Freudian series did a great job. The actors and their roles in this picture were indescribable. Each episode was filled with special energy and an interesting plot, which was simply impossible to break away from.
