Once, on the set of a film about the Bolsheviks, the actors starred together. Evstigneev played an important party worker, and Tabakov - a romantic youth. According to the script, they shake hands when they meet. Tabakov, anticipating the joke, generously smeared his right hand with vaseline and held it out to Yevstigneev. The film crew, who knew about the idea of the merry fellow, froze in anticipation. Everyone followed the reaction of the "Bolshevik". Evstigneev, without flinching a single muscle on his face, pressed Tabakov close to him and began paternally stroking his head with a vaseline-stained palm.

Konstantin Gavrilovichhanged himself and shot himself

Until the last moment, Leonid Fedorovich slowed down, trying to prevent a catastrophe. An examination found that the truck driver was not at fault for the accident. The reason, most likely, was Bykov's fatigue. The actor was only 50 years old.
