Yegor Druzhinin is a talented actor, dancer and director. Looking at the life of this person, it is difficult to determine what comes first for him. Today we will talk about the biography, filmography and twists of fate of an outstanding showman who managed to win the hearts of millions of his fans.
Egor Druzhinin's early years
Our hero was born on 1972-12-03 in Leningrad. His father, Vladislav Yuryevich, was a famous choreographer, worked at the Komissarzhevskaya Theater and at the Kvadrat pantomime studio. Yegor learned a lot from him. The boy was strongly attracted to the cinema, and he went against all the persuasion of his father to take up dancing. When Vladislav announced that it was too late to enroll in such circles, the boy entered the ballet school out of principle.
The beginning of the creative path
At the age of eleven, Yegor Druzhinin starred in the film adaptation of "The Adventures of Petrov and Vasechkin", where he was given the main role. Thanks to this film, the boy became one of the most famous young talents. Later, he starred in the second part, "Vacation of Petrov and Vasechkin", released in 1984. In spite ofgreat success, the young actor took a break.
In an interview, Egor admitted that filming in films was an excellent reason for him to skip school, moreover, teachers often forgave small hooliganism to those who liked to indulge. Perhaps that is why the boy graduated from school well, without Cs.
Youth of a talented person
Yegor Druzhinin made an attempt to become a student of the Moscow Art Theater, but it was unsuccessful. But he was able to enter the Institute of Theater, Film and Music in his hometown. At the same time, he seriously began to study choreography, although he was no longer particularly suitable for his age (his father was right after all). Despite this, the young man very quickly mastered the art of dancing, catching up on everything lost. And along with this, he had to earn extra money as a waiter, dishwasher and loader.
Having received the speci alty of an actor in drama and cinema, the young man began to perform at the St. Petersburg Youth Theater. Then he moved to New York to enroll in the prestigious Alvin Ailey School of Dance. There he became a teacher of tap dance, modern and strict jazz, and also performed as part of the quintet of the Boater Club.
Six years later, Yegor Druzhinin returned to St. Petersburg and began working as a choreographer. It was this profession that made him a famous person in Russia and the CIS countries. The showman told the press that he was leaving for New York due to the fact that it was not easy to find work in his homeland, they say, a lot did not suit the theater. Druzhinin fell into depression and realized that it would not get worse. But it was very difficult: there were no relatives in the West, so I had to find a job on my own.

Personal life and Egor's attitude to the family
With his future wife - actress Veronika Itskovich - the showman met when he was a student at the Leningrad educational institution. They got married in 1994 and moved to the USA together. After living there for six years, both returned to St. Petersburg. The reason for the return was the expectation of the first child and the joint desire that the baby be born in his native country, since a Russian child must live in Russia, surrounded by the love and care of grandparents. Egor and Veronica had a girl named Alexandra. Four years later, a new member of the family appeared - Tikhon, and in 2008 - another boy, who was named Plato.
This is what Yegor Druzhinin thinks about his family: wife and children are the most valuable thing in life, something that needs to be protected by all means. Therefore, the showman and his wife treat their children in the same way as they treat each other: they listen and try to understand the desires and interests of a loved one, on the basis of which they then make a decision. Mutual understanding is the basis of happiness.
That's what a talented and purposeful person Yegor turned out to be. The showman believes that, no matter what type of activity he is engaged in, choreography needsbe more responsible. The dance consists of many tiny details, and in order to know it from all sides, it is necessary to study different directions: breakdance, jazz, ballet and others. We can say with confidence that Yegor Druzhinin, whose photo and biography are presented in our article, is a professional in his field.
