History

Artistic Director

The Variety Theater (Moscow) since 1997 has been headed by Gennady Viktorovich Khazanov. After leaving school, he made attempts to enter the theater schools and universities of the country. But he was not accepted. Then he became a student at the Moscow Civil Engineering Institute. Gennady began to actively participate in amateur performances. At this time, the character was born - a student at a culinary college who made him famous.

In 1965, G. Khazanov entered the circus school and soon began performing on stage.

Gennady Viktorovich is a full holder of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland.

G. Khazanov plays in performances, acts in films and TV shows, voices cartoon characters, takes part in TV shows.
