Actress, director, TV presenter and teacher - all this combines Isakova Lyudmila, a person who has served in the Ivanovo Drama Theater for over forty years. And before that, she had to go on the stage of theaters in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Petrozavodsk, Astrakhan, Volgograd.
GITIS and first marriage
The actress believes that in Soviet times theatrical business went right. Students were distributed to various cities and theaters, thus helping to gain experience, which is now so lacking for young theater graduates.
Sama Isakova Lyudmila graduated from GITIS named after Lunacharsky, the course of V. A. Orlov, in the same course, a young and beautiful student met an equally beautiful and talented young man, whom the whole country would soon learn about after his starring role in the film "Let's live until Monday." After that, he starred in the films "His Excellency's Adjutant", "State Border". Of course, his most recognizable role is Aramis in D'Artagnan and the Three Musketeers. This is Igor Starygin.
Lyudmila's parents werewe althy people and did not spare money and time for children. The wedding was luxurious, but a year later the newlyweds divorced.
Isakova Lyudmila does not like to talk about her personal life, but it is known that she remarried, she has children and her beloved grandson Grisha. The actress believes that a woman of her profession, like any woman, should have a secret.
City of Brides
The actress came to Ivanovo after Konstantin Yuryevich Baranov gathered a whole company of 12 young actors and brought brides to the city. The people actively went to the performances, the full houses were incredible. After each performance, creative conferences were held, which were attended by students and teachers of the local university. Actors and spectators discussed the performances together and returned home after midnight. It was a wonderful time that will never happen again.
Grateful audience
Isakova Lyudmila Ivanovna believes that the current Ivanovo audience is very responsive to the acting. The actress is amazed every time that even after not the best performance, the audience of the Ivanovo Drama Theater invariably stands up and gives a standing ovation. Isakova Lyudmila says that not in all cities the audience thanks the actors and the director standing up. This is not in the capital, not in other cities. In Moscow, the audience gets up after the performances of the masters, creative evenings, and so on.
Creativity
On the stage of the drama theater Lyudmila Isakova has played more than a hundred roles. Among them are Arkadina from The Seagull, Nastasya Filippovna in The Idiot,Martha in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Filumena in Eduardo de Filippo's Filumena Marturano, and so on.
And all the roles are favorite. There is a common phrase among actresses that each role is like a born child. And despite the fact that the statement is rather hackneyed, Lyudmila Isakova (actress) believes that this is actually the case. Throughout her career, the actress had to play both dramatic and comedic roles, and they smoothly alternated with each other. Over the years, Lyudmila Ivanovna plays comedy more and more, and she manages to do it with brilliance.
In one period, the Ivanovo Drama Theater began to experience financial difficulties. It became impossible for the theater to invite directors from the capital or elsewhere, and there were no local directors. And then the theater director Nikolai Maksimov offered her to stage several performances on her own.
These were five productions that lasted quite a long time in the repertoires of the theatre. Among them: "Signora", "The Lady Dictates the Conditions", "The Perfect Couple", "Thieves' Ball", "Eight Loving Women". The last production lasted eight years, which is a kind of record for the director and actors.
104 pages about… theater
In addition to the theater, Lyudmila Isakova worked for thirteen years as a TV presenter of the author's program on local television called "104 pages about … the theater." At first, it was difficult for the actress to cope with the new job, she had to “flop” her head on the table several times. There were difficulties with the script, whichI had to write to the actress, with editing, which sometimes lasted up to four days. But judging by the number of letters that came to the studio, the program turned out to be interesting, informative and lasted more than ten years.
The Ivanovo Drama Theater constantly uses the video material collected by the actress, under any circumstances - both tragic and comic.
Currently, actress Lyudmila Isakova is involved in the performances "Valentine's Day", "The Adventures of Pinocchio", "Two Old Ships with a Delicate Shell" and so on.
