Every year a new generation of students solves problems that were previously faced and successfully solved by the previous generation. For example, many university students have to look for an answer to the question of what an abstract is, because some Alma maters require this important part of the work already at the level of a course project, and this component is required for a diploma at any university. So those whose universities require an abstract in the early stages of study experience less difficulty than those who first approach the problem of creating a term paper at the stage of writing a thesis. But believe me, the problem of the lower limit will not stand for you, because it can be difficult for many students who do not have such experience to compress and concentrate information. As a rule, the finished abstract looks like two paragraphs of 8-9 lines. But it's better to focus on the word count in Word, rather than paragraphs, when determining the amount of work needed.

Required words

What is an annotation and what is it eaten with, more precisely, how to write it? First, highlight three main terms without which your work becomes meaningless. These words must be mentioned in the abstract, but the terms themselves do not need to be deciphered, usually the commission is sufficiently prepared to understand you. If your research was devoted to a little-studied topic and there are a lot of recently created concepts, feel free to use them, but be prepared for the defense to ask about their meaning.

Help will not be superfluous

Be sure to write four sentences describing your main findings. And it is desirable to link these phrases together so that the text is logical and compact. Be sure to show your abstract to your supervisor and a few people you know.

A person who does not know your topic can still be useful in this regard - he will see illogicality and incoherence. So don't hesitate to get help. If you are applying for a very high mark, look for a teacher of philosophy or logic in the humanities departments, ask him to edit your annotation. He will also be able to ask you smart questions that can lead to a good idea.
