He is a real super villain, he has his own house, special villainous vehicles and an army of minions. Although this character is sullen and uncommunicative, he scored a huge number of positive reviews. About the cartoon "Despicable Me" they started talking differently.

Short description of the first part

At one point, 3 orphan girls who were selling cookies knocked on Gru's door. Their names are Margo, Edith and Agnes. Gru didn't let them in. He later learns that they are from Miss Hattie's orphanage. But our villain is not up to the orphans now, because he finds out about such a high-profile kidnapping and is very upset that he didn’t do it.

Gru needs to be the world's nastiest villain, so he decides to steal the moon and comes up with a cunning plan. A serious cause needs helpers, so Gru enlists his minions to this cause, who gladly support him.

However, the villain faces a difficulty: in order to steal the moon, it needs to be reduced and, in general, to get to it somehow. He decides to get to the moon on a rocket that needs to be built, and the construction will require a large amount of money, which, unfortunately, Drew does not have, but he knows where to get it.

In order to get a rather large amount of money in the Bank of Evil, the main character of the cartoon "Despicable Me", who has gained a lot of reviews and won fans, goes to the owner of the bank, Mr. Perkins. In the corridor of the building, he accidentallyintersects with Vector, who stole the pyramid. It would seem that everything is going in favor of the villain, but Perkins agrees to give money only if Gru has a reducer.

The only way to get money is to steal the reducer, which is what the main character does. But out of nowhere, the villain who stole the pyramid appears and takes away the reducer from Gru. The number of problems for the protagonist grows by one. Now, to achieve the goal, you need to get into Vector's house and steal the reducer, which he does not succeed.

Noticing the orphans Edith, Margo and Agnes, who continue to sell cookies, Gru hatches another cunning plan. He adopts orphans to come visit Vector and sell him cookies. True, there will be a surprise in the basket - little minion spies, with the help of which Gru will return the reducer.

At first, relationships with girls do not add up. In order to establish contact and carry out his plan, Gru agrees to the girls' demand and takes them to a dance school, promising to attend the performance.

As a result, the first point of the plan is successfully completed - the main villain has the reducer again! But he does not receive money from the owner of the bank, since Perkins wants his son, Vector, to carry out such a high-profile kidnapping. Gru abandons his evil plan and shares the news with the minions.

Suddenly, orphans support him, even give away all their savings. Minions do the same. Rejoiced, the protagonist continues to implement his plan. Shrinking the moon, Gru finds a ticket to the performancegirls. Having abandoned everything, he rushes back, but does not have time for the concert… And instead of his girls, he receives a note from Vector, in which he reports that he has kidnapped orphans and demands the moon in return.

The main character agrees to sacrifice even the moon, but Vector does not give up the babies and hides in an escape pod. Gru jumps after him to save his daughters, but breaks down and falls into his ship, where loyal minions are already waiting for him.

Suddenly, it turns out that the reducer does not work all the time - soon the moon will become huge again! Having got out of captivity, the girls jump down, but the third one is grabbed by Vector. A few minutes later, the moon returns to its true size, Gru and the girls fall down, where they are caught by the minions, and Vector remains on the moon.

As a result, the first part ends positively. Evil Vector is defeated, Gru stays with his adopted daughters, becoming their friend and caring dad.

Summary of the cartoon

From the first minutes of the cartoon, one gets the impression that it is not quite suitable for viewing by children: what parent wants his child to watch a cartoon about villains, about theft, about the protagonist's neglect of girls from the orphanage. Therefore, reviews of the cartoon "Despicable Me" are not very flattering at first.

Although the Anti-Villain League ends the investigation, the main character does not calm down on this and decides to figure it out to the end. As a result, his suspicions are confirmed - the owner of the El Macho restaurant really turns out to be the kidnapper. At his secret base, our kind villain finds minions turned into monsters, andlearns that El Macho is planning to take over the world.
