But it's time to move on and consider the second formSharingan - Mangekyu Sharingan. Itachi was the first to use the power of these eyes in the anime, and even then you could see how huge it was. It appears that this type of Sharingan is awakened in the user when they experience a serious trauma associated with the death of a loved one. But all the members of the clan believed that in order to obtain the Mangekyu, it was necessary to kill a loved one, so they believed that Itachi killed Shisui in order to gain even more power.

For example, Itachi had the black fire Amaterasu in one eye, which burns for seven days and seven nights, and in the other - Tsukuyomi, a powerful illusion from which it is almost impossible to get out. Within this illusion, the perception of the victim's time changes, and several hours in the painful illusion turn out to be just a second in the real world.

When both eyes gain their abilities, the user will be able to use Susanno. This technique is one of the strongest in the world, it creates a creature of chakra around the user, which protects him from all damage, and also allows you to attack the enemy with incredible power. As you can see, the Mangekyu Sharingan is what the Uchiha clan members were willing to kill their friends and relatives for.

Madara

He became a real legend of the shinobi world, the protector of his clan, and it was to save him that he used the Mangekyu so often that as a result he lost his sight and became helpless.

His younger brother Izuna, on his deathbed, bequeathed his eyes to his older brother, who suffered while protecting his family.
